At Middlesex Meat all meat and poultry is prepared in house by our highly skilled butchers and where required cut to customer’s own specifications. We are also able to supply sausages, burgers and salt beef to our customer’s recipes with their own branding.
With traceability being paramount, our computerised scanning systems guarantee a full audit trail back to farm. Our products are purchased with sustainability and environmental issues in mind.
Food safety is at the heart of our operation. We hold BRC accreditation, an NHS Supply Chain Approved Supplier, Red Tractor licensed, and a member of the National Association of Catering Butchers. We operate under a full HACCP based food safety system.
Transport and Delivery
Our fleet of modern, temperature controlled vehicles are all company owned and deliver to most areas in London and the Home Counties (Middlesex, Hertfordshire, Sussex, Essex and Surrey).
