Middlesex Meat has been trading for over 40 years and under the current ownership for the last 10, during which time it has grown to be one of London's leading privately owned Catering Butchers. Our strength lies in being small enough to be able to give the personal attention our customers deserve and yet large enough to be able to demand quality and competitive prices from our suppliers. Our growth in the last five years has been underpinned by two key elements: Our drive to establish strong partnerships with both customers and suppliers Our commitment to quality and service The Key to our success has been to develop a quality system encompassing all aspects of meat production, from making our own sausages and burgers to processing all Beef, Lamb, Pork and Poultry in house. The integration of this system enables us to ensure freshness, quality and full traceability. Food safety is at the heart of our operation. We have achieved "BRC global standard for food safety, issue 5" and have been accredited with an A grade. Our diverse customer base includes NHS and private hospitals. Schools, universities, privately owned restaurants and restaurant chains, airline and event caterers, hotels and fine dining restaurants. |
